Our chain bucket elevators are vertically up conveyor equipped with buckets fitted on chain. The elevator moves in vertical closed path between two toothed wheels known as sprockets. Like belt bucket elevators, this elevator handle material by picking it up at the bottom and discharging at the upper end using gravity or centrifugal actions. These elevators are classified into two types namely Centrifugal Discharge or Continuous Discharge. These elevators are mostly used for heavy duty, large capacity, big height, nonabrasive material and large lumps. As per the requirement of clients, the chain bucket elevators are available with single strand and double strand construction.
Moreover, the elevator can also be classified into duty, medium duty, heavy duty or super capacity type in capacity wise. It is constructed using material M.S., S.S. Plastics or combination as required. The equipment is also outfitted with service platforms and access ladders, if required.
The chain bucket elevators find application for cements, ceramic powder, fertilizers, coal, soda ash, limestone, ores and minerals, plastic pallets, chemicals, spices, cattle feed, grains, sugars and many more.
